how to make Buko ice candy

Buko Ice Candy
Ingredients
*  4 buko scrape with buko juice
*1 kilo white sugar
* 3 cans angel evaporated filled milk

*1 box alsa gelatin
*100 pieces 2x10 size ice candy wrapper

procedure:
1. Mix buko juice and sugar . Mix well until sugar is totally dissolve.
2. Add scraped buko and evaporated milk
3. Add gelatine.
4. Add 2 to 3 glasses of water if you think buko juice is not enough

How to make the gelatine

* Pour 2 cups of water in a  pan.
*Add the gelatine powder then stir
.*Heat the pan and continue stirring the mixture untill it boils.
*Transfer to a mold then let it cool for  minutes.
*Slice the gelatine into small cubes ..

Note: you can make 90 to 100 pcs of ice candy at 5 pesos each.depends on the size of the ice candy
